December 15 2020 - Go Live!
The Square CRM integration launches ahead of Christmas. Users of Google’s #1 recommended CRM, Copper can now integrate their Square Invoices platform to display customer invoices with payment status.
January 19 2021 - New Feature
Getting more done without switching apps was top of mind when creating the Square integration. That’s why we’ve released the ability to create and send invoices to customers, directly from Copper. To make it flexible, users have the ability to build invoices using ad-hoc line items. Simply enter a text-based line item and a price. Optionally add a discount and sales tax to the invoice and it’s ready to go out the door.
February 12 2021 - New Feature
Viewing invoices and their status in Copper is super helpful when figuring out which customers pay on time and ones that drag their feet. So, to make it easier, we’ve just released the ability to filter invoices based on their status. This makes it even more easier to drill-down to payment information when it’s needed the most. In addition we’ve added a total invoice count that also updates when a filter is applied.

April 20 2021 - New Feature
Although we provide a detailed snapshot of invoices in the View section, users requested the ability to click-through to a full view of the Square invoice. We listened! Now you can click the invoice number to open it in a separate browser tab in full-view mode. No need to switch apps to get to this view, it’s all done from Copper.
May 19 2021 - New Feature
Not all businesses are the same and ones that are multi-located need the ability to select the location of the invoicing entity. So we’ve introduced this feature to allow a user to select which location is sending the invoice. This must be predefined in the Square Dashboard and once completed, the location can be selected when building a customer invoice in Copper.
June 1 2021 - New Feature
Polling our users highlighted some really interesting requests. One came out on top – the ability to select a custom due date when building a customer invoice. We listened and just released this feature. Now users aren’t limited to a predefined list of due dates and can select a custom date from a calendar.
